Calabasas, Calif.Priscilla Rainey, who won a $7 million judgment against rapper The Game, has filed a motion requesting a judge to force the sale of his mansion to satisfy the debt.

New Motion Filed

On July 24, Rainey submitted a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The documents, obtained by XXL on July 29, reveal her request for the judge to order The Game to list his Calabasas home for sale. She also seeks a court hearing where The Game must argue why his home should not be sold.

Court Documents

“I further request that the Court set a time and place for hearing and order the Judgment Debtor to show cause why an order for sale of the dwelling should not be made in accordance with this application,” the document states.

Background of The Games case

On July 8, AllHipHop reported that The Game might lose his home to pay the judgment from Rainey’s 2015 sexual battery lawsuit. Rainey claims The Game transferred the deed to his manager, Wack 100, to avoid seizure. Her new filing alleges the deed remains in Wack 100’s name, with the property valued at $3,191,375.

History of the Case

The legal battle began in 2015 when Rainey, a former contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality show “She’s Got Game,” accused him of assault during filming. She won the case, but The Game has reportedly tried to evade payment by transferring assets. Rainey hired a private investigator in October 2022 to locate The Game after multiple attempts to serve him with the suit.

XXL has reached out to The Game’s representatives for comment.
