5 minutes with Celeste at Dior’s AW24 show
[ad_1]
Yesterday, on the second day of Paris Fashion Week, Dior’s creative director Maria Chiuri presented the house’s AW24 show. For the collection, she looked back to the 1960s, a “transitional era” for the house: its first ready-to-wear line, Miss Dior, was introduced in 1967.
Originally conceived as a line bursting with “freshness, youth and creativity”, Chiuri drew on Miss Dior’s legacy of democratising house codes to create a collection that prioritised sleek comfort and practicality. And who better to embody this spirit than ethereal singer-songwriter Celeste, one of the brand’s long-time ambassadors?
When she isn’t busy collecting awards or flexing her soulful sound on the world’s biggest stages, Celeste is out and about as a bonafide fashion favourite. Lucky for us, between glam sessions and general fashion week mayhem, she took five and answered some very important questions for us.
